Anyhow I informed the management about the problem and they decided to install a spy camera in the store room where all the groceries were usually kept. My intuition was right. All these new chefs made a group and they used to take away the groceries and the meat turn by turn every month. They were united among themselves and no one dared to complain against the other. But thanks to the spy camera, it helped us out to spy the trouble makers with perfect evidence and accurateness. These chefs were dismissed and other groups of chefs were hired and the spy camera was still installed so that we could spy the new group of chefs with the same format.
